Self-Directed Support: Getting the best value for Highland (2015) 

This report was commissioned to inform the Education, Children and Adult Services Committee about the finance decisions to balance the budget across the increased uptake of peronsal budgets as provided in the Self-Directed Support (Scotland) Act 2013 and the ongoing demand for in-house services including residential respite.

Being A Part not Apart  (2013) report re-visits some of the issue of inclusion raised in previous HCF reports to ascertain whether there had been improvements in inclusion for Highland children, particularly those with additional support needs.







Does Digit Count?  (2013) This report evaluates the DIGIT (Dornoch, Invergordon, and Golspie in Transition) project which began in 2009 as a means of providing an accessible curriculum to young people requiring alternatives, differentiaton and support from S5 onwards.
