Who we work with

Highland Children's Forum works in partnership with statutory services in The Highland Council and NHS Highland under the co-ordination of the Education, Children and Adult Services Committee.

Within our membership we have the representatives of many local, condition specific representative groups and the Highland officers of national children's charities. When undertaking consultations we work with a range of partners who have direct access to young peope who have additional support needs of all kinds.

Highland Children's Forum works with other third sector organisations as part of the Highland Children and Families Group, Highland Third Sector Interface and Connections.

The Forum aims to ensure that the voices of children and young people with additional support needs are heard in the design and provision of services in Highland.
